For almost 3 years now, our main office in Townsville has been within the Northtown City Plaza on Flinders street. After many discussions around our strategy and feedback from our valued clients, we decided it’s time to find a new space that better supports our goals for the future.
The purpose of our relocation is two-fold; to address concerns around location and access, and for a refresh in space that will support our growing team. Fortunately, we were able to find such a space at 2/41 Sturt Street, Townsville.
We wanted an office that was in close enough proximity to the Townsville CBD, while at the same time being an attractive location for clients and businesses alike.
To help our team transition, we will be closed for a very short period on 9th and 10th December, allowing us to reopen at our new location on 13th December.
Parking availability was a priority concern for us when looking for an alternative premise as we know it’s a big consideration for our clients when meeting with us. Our new site provides ample parking in the centre of Sturt Street which has a 2-hour limit, as well as parking along both sides of the street. While we will not have any on-site parking, we feel this is a great improvement to the very limited parking available along Flinders Street.
The new office is upstairs and unfortunately does not have elevator access. Fortunately, we have an excellent working relationship with our friends at Cohen Legal downstairs and are able to coordinate meetings in one of their offices downstairs if this will affect you. We can work out these details ahead of time of your appointment, or you can just give us a call if you plan on popping in.
If we are your ASIC Registered Agent, we will prepare the required ASIC Forms and Documents related to the change of address for your execution either via electronic signing (Docusign), post, or your next meeting with us. This update will not incur a fee from either ourselves or ASIC.
